Deposit - Your $495 deposit is fully refundable for the first 30 days after registration, to allow you to make travel plans and find a roommate. After 30 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but can be credited to another retreat in the future.
Payment Plan - If you prefer a custom payment plan, we can do so – however, you must be paid in full before departure! Simply place your non-refundable deposit of $495 USD deposit below to hold your spot and contact Diane at dianehuth@gmail.com or call or text to (210) 601-7852.
Roommate - If you want to find a roommate, we will introduce you to other attendees seeking to share a room. If we cannot match you with a roommate, we will switch you to a single occupancy room, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice.

LODGING AND LOCAL TRANSFERS
Lodging - 6 nights and 7 days double occupancy in a comfortable double room facing the pool and beach at Posada del Mar hotel, right on Playa Centro ·
Private Transfer - Private luxury transfer to and from the Cancun International Airport and the Puerto Juarez Ferry terminal with an English-speaking driver.
Ferry Ride - A round trip 17-minute ferry ride to paradise – sit inside in comfortable air conditioning, or on the upper deck with wind in your hair and listen to live music while flying over the tourmaline water.
Reception in Isla - Pick up at the ferry terminal and transfer to your hotel Local transportation to all events and outings - by golf cart or private car
DELICIOUS MEALS AND BEVERAGES
Breakfast with coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit will be served daily (6 in total).
A delicious group lunch or dinner each day (6 in total)
All meals will be served family style, and I will order them in advance. Please advise of dietary restrictions or preferences in advance and we will strive to accommodate your preferences

Select Your Room
Posada del Mar is a comfortable beach-front hotel in old town Isla Mujeres, right on Playa Centro.
You have a choice of a single or double occupancy room with 1 king bed or 2 double beds on the ground floor of Building 2, leading directly to the pool and beach. You can choose a second or third floor room with a balcony (there are no elevators in the hotel).
Each air conditioned room comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator for your convenience, and a wall safe to protect your valuables. High speed internet is available in the lobby and pool areas.
Extend Your Stay - Additional regular room nights before or after the retreat can be added for $100 per night. If you plan to stay for several days or a week or more, we can help you find a mid-island Airbnb or small hotel to get a better feel of the island living experience.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can purchase our suggested Atlas Insurance online at www.SafeTravelsInMexico.org (choose the middle option on the bottom of the page).
Arrival and Departure - You are responsible for airfare to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN), to arrive preferabley late morning or early after, but no later than 6 PM to be assured of catching the last ferry to the island. Later arrival may leave you stranded in Cancun overnight, and you would be responsible for paying for your hotel for the night. Plan your return flight no earlier than 11 AM if possible, so you can catch the 8 AM ferry with plenty of time to reach the airport. The first ferry leaves at 6 AM, for a 9 AM flight.
